How this site got started

My name is Evagoras Charalambous and I am the owner of this site. Back in 2002 I found myself wanting to share some of the code that I was working on. Other sites were taking too long to either publish them or get back to me, so I decided to start my own. This site went live in April of 2002.

Goals of this site

1. Provide articles on topics that I find myself working on.
2. Offer a forum for each article so that it can be discussed.
3. Keep the design simple.

Unfortunately, I do not have the time to respond to direct emails. I wish I could, but I am simply overwhelmed with real work and life. Here's what to do if you wish to ask a question or post a comment:

• Question/comment/bug about an article you read
  Every article can be discussed in its own forum. Periodically, I go through them and try to answer as many as possible. Also, others like yourself take pride in helping out, so post away.
• All others (e.g. site suggestions)
